Sergio has crossed borders, built new lives, and started over more times than most. Born in the Dominican Republic, he’s lived in Spain, Switzerland, and Canada. Each country reshaped how he sees home, identity, and what it means to truly belong.

Years of navigating different cultures, legal systems, and ways of living gave Sergio more than perspective. They gave him proof that where you live can transform how you live. That insight became the foundation of Casa Pathfinder.

Through this project, Sergio helps others find not just a place to live, but a path toward freedom, alignment, and a life that finally feels like their own.

At his core, Sergio believes everyone deserves to feel at home in their space, in their story, and in their skin. Casa Pathfinder is his way of helping others find exactly that.

Where It All Began

Casa Pathfinder was born from a dream… and a loft.

In 2022, our founder transformed a downtown Toronto condo into Alhambra Loft: a soulful, stylish sanctuary shaped by creativity and necessity. What began as a way to navigate Canada’s rising costs soon became something deeper: a real-life example of how space, vision, and intention can reshape the way we live.

That loft planted the seed for Casa Pathfinder, an idea rooted in the belief that everyday properties can become places of freedom, reinvention, and joy.
